THE PLAYER WARRANTS –
By engaging in the following act/s:
• Visiting the Lotus Players Club website or any of its casino brands.

2. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
The Player further warrants acceptance of the following conditions:

DEFINITION AND TREATMENT OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS:

3.5 Either party to these terms (the casino and the Player) shall not commit or purport to commit, the other party to honor any obligation other than those specifically defined and provided for within these terms and conditions and other applicable rules.

8. Players’ activities will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns before any withdrawals are processed.
